How do I place order?

Browse the store, adding items to your cart, and when you are finished,
choose Checkout. Payment method by Paypal. Simple!

How does the checkout process work?

After you have added your products to shopping cart, and click “Checkout”, here’s what happens:

1. We sends all order info to PayPal where you pay with a credit card or with your PayPal account.
2. You will be taken back to Lulugrazia store and a message is displayed thanking you for the order.
3. You receive an email from PayPal telling you what you have bought, and how much you have paid you.
4. Lulugrazia will send email of estimate of delivery time once the payment is clear.

Paypal

Checkout will take you to the login page, where you can then pay directly from your credit card, bank account or existing PayPal account. PayPal payments are received instantly, and if placed before 3pm AEST (AESDT when applicable) your order will be shipped the same day. You can also pay by eCheque using PayPal, however we do need to wait for the funds to clear before we can ship your order (3-4 business days). Paypal will notify us and customer when the funds has been cleared.

Bank Deposit
You can pay directly from your bank account via Bank Transfer - funds usually take 2-3 business days to clear. However if you tranfer from Commonwealth Bank, the funds will arrive same day. Please quote your order number as a reference. Orders will be shipped the same day that payment clears. Please note your payment must be received within 4 business days of placing your order, or your order will be cancelled!

What are other payment method?

If you are unsure about using your credit card or Paypal, you can do direct bank deposit
instead.

How much is shipping?

You will know the shipping cost in your check out. And for purchases over $120, shipping cost is our shout! Plus there will be free goodies. :)
For International shipping, please contact us.

How do I know which size to choose?

Sizing varies from label to label, and where possible we've included size charts in item descriptions. However if you have any questions, please ask us anytime. We'll do our best to source measurements for you.

Do you do gift wrapping?

If your purchase is a gift for someone, simply let us know in the comments box provided at checkout. We will happily gift wrap your purchase free of charge. Gift wrapping will include the garment wrapped in acid free tissue paper, then in a gift wrap paper and tied with a ribbon. We can also include a little card if you wish.

Order Missing?

Regular Mail

In the unlikely event you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time - please contact us after 3 days.

Registered Post and Express Post

Lulugrazia is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery. We cannot offer a replacement until the investigation from Australia Post has been completed.

If you have not received your order after 3 days, please let us know and we will create an investigation through Australia Post.

How to refund?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you would like to return the items purchased.

The items must be UNWORN and in ORIGINAL condition including original packaging and You must include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
We cannot issue refunds if the item is returned after 3 days.

We regret that we are unable to refund the original postage costs.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Size misfit, want to exchange?

If you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for another item within 3 Days of receiving your purchase.

Please ensure that you include details of what you want to exchange it for - including the name of the item.

Sale Items

Sorry we do not offer refunds or online store credits for sale items under any circumstance save and except for where the item was defective at the time of dispatch.

FIT GUIDE

All measurements are taken with garments laying flat.
For garments that are stretchable, we include measurements up to it’s furthest stretch, e.g 83-100cm

Explanation:

BUST

- Measured armpit to armpit, across the front of the garment.

WAIST

- Measured across the narrowest point in the center of a dress, or at the top of a skirt or pants.

HIPS

- Measured at the widest point below the waistline

LENGTH

- Measured for the highest shoulder point of the garment to the bottom hem.

Remember to multiply bust, waist, and hips by two. :)
